I'm working on tourism industry from 1982 as taxi driver, doing every day, in Athens first and since 1992, private taxi tours to Olympia from cruise ships arriving by the port Katakolon. Allow me to believe that 29 years on this job gives me the needed experience to organize unforgettable tours for you and your families. Because you travel on a cruise ship it is a matter of the greatest import for you, your driver always be near to you for any emergency.  It's important for you as well to be with a driver who is able to organize your tour, the order with which you'll visit the places so you'll be able to avoid the crowded areas. It's important for you as well to have a driver who knows the history and everything for the area. Finally to have a driver who likes his job, and see it as an opportunity to communicate with people from all over the world except seeing it as a way to live of course.

All the information for the area, with photos texts and maps, which you need to decide what to visit, are in my car. I’ll give to take with you, during you sightseeing the historical places, the official books for them, which are in my car as well in several languages. I was born in 1958 and I was a taxi driver in Athens. Since 1992 when we moved from Athens I'm a taxi driver in Pirgos the capital of the region Ilia, my wife, my 14 years old daughter and I, we live in the countryside outside of a small village which called  Varvasena, between Pirgos and  Ancient Olympia. I'll avoid talking about myself. The only which I do last years, is to work as responsible I can, seeing the details of a private tour from your position, learning from you and being better in my job, from year to year. Since the last years, because of you mostly and your wonderful reviews about myself, I’m so busy and unfortunately I can’t reply positively to thousands emails every year, I was try to make a team with the best drivers by the port. English speaking drivers, who followed me several times when I need more taxis to accommodate bigger groups, with great experience on private tours, with E class Mercedes Benz cars, with which you can do a similar tour under my advices.

My new car is an E class Mercedes Benz limousine, model 2011. A first of all safe for any short or long tour car. It's more than enough big for 4 adults, plus the driver and I can take 5 if there are children with you. A luxury and auto climate car of course. During your tour, you’re able, in the front and the back seats, to watch slide shows with pictures and DVD about the history of the birthplace of the Olympic flame
